Anyone can enter a public room meanwhile private rooms are only for the people who have that room password.
What does 'becoming a Member of a Room' mean?
You joined a family with the same interests as you.
How to leave a room?
Go to the room you want to leave and in the top right corner press the « Member » button.
How to make my Room private after its creation?
You can’t. Just create a new private room
Can I transfer the management of a room to another administrator?

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device’s unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit Our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Rooms and Community Data
Member allows Users to create and participate in Rooms, which are group-based social spaces:
- Public and Private Rooms: Access requires a Member account.
- Private Rooms access requires a password provided by the admins.
- User-generated content (photos, videos, stories, comments) remains the property of the user. By posting, You grant Member a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content within the platform.
- Vibe Meter: A proprietary algorithm measures Room activity (posts, comments, reactions, shares) to promote the most engaged Rooms. This is anonymous and does not use personally identifiable information beyond your interaction metrics.
- Moderation: Admins and the Company reserve the right to remove content violating Community Standards.
Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
- With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.

To access any Room (public or private) and interact with other users, you must create a Member account.

Rooms and Community Interaction
Types of Rooms
Public Rooms: Accessible to all registered users.
Private Rooms: Access is restricted by Room admins and requires a password.
User-Generated Content
- Users retain ownership of the content they create (photos, videos, stories, comments).
- By posting content, you grant Member a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service.
- Users must ensure that content respects copyright laws and does not violate third-party rights.
Vibe Meter
The Vibe Meter measures Room activity (posts, comments, interactions) to determine visibility.
Metrics are anonymous and account-based.
Moderation
- Admins can approve, remove, or restrict access to users and content within Rooms.
- The Company reserves the right to remove content that violates TOS or Community Standards.
- Illegal content may be reported to authorities.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or discriminatory
Harass or threaten other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or servers
Interfere with the Service functionality
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Termination and Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate your account for violations of TOS.
Users can terminate their accounts at any time by contacting Member support.
Termination does not remove content posted in Rooms, unless specifically requested and compliant with legal requirements.
Privacy and Data Protection

Intellectual Property
Member and its content, features, and software are owned or licensed by the Company.
