Rooms and Community Data

Member allows Users to create and participate in Rooms, which are group-based social spaces:

  • Public and Private Rooms: Access requires a Member account.

     

  • Private Rooms access requires a password provided by the admins.

     

  • User-generated content (photos, videos, stories, comments) remains the property of the user. By posting, You grant Member a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content within the platform.

     

  • Vibe Meter: A proprietary algorithm measures Room activity (posts, comments, reactions, shares) to promote the most engaged Rooms. This is anonymous and does not use personally identifiable information beyond your interaction metrics.

     

  • Moderation: Admins and the Company reserve the right to remove content violating Community Standards.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.

  • For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

  • With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Rooms and Community Interaction

Types of Rooms
  • Public Rooms: Accessible to all registered users.

User-Generated Content

  • By posting content, you grant Member a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service.

  • Illegal content may be reported to authorities.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
